PCM: Personal Care Manager
Upon delivering your Pinarello rental, a PCM will meet you in an agreed location (e.g. Hotel) and carry out the following:
- Usage and Safety Instructions: a briefing on your bikes set-up including gearing, brakes etc.
- Secure Storage: best storage tips & security when on and off the road.
- Electronic Gearing: for 3+ days rental, instructions on how to charge gearing (e.g. Di2 and EPS electronic gearing)
- E-Bike Battery Charging: instructions on how to charge the e-bike battery (and boosters).
- Pedals/Saddles/Mounts: assist in fitting pedals, cyclo-computer mounts, lights etc.
- Bike Fit: final tweaks to your fitting, allowing you to enjoy your holiday from Day 1 with no fuss.
- Bike Inspection – Rental Start: a written hardcopy and video bike inspection will be carried out in your presence, a copy will be sent to you.
- Bike Inspection – Rental End: Another inspection will take place when picking up your bike, a copy will be sent to you.
