For example, if you have a 55 frame in another brand, you won’t necessarily be a 55 in a Pinarello.

Hence we ask you refer to the Measurement Guide page where you can enter your current bike setup and we will calculate your Pinarello size!

Yes you certainly can, our staff will assist you in fitting these on.

No you don’t need to:

• Pedals: we can supply you for free, you must indicate what type you require.
• Helmet: we can rent to you (we charge a fee so that then all helmets can be sanitised after each use)
• Saddle: all our bikes are fitted with MOST saddles by default

Yes, we deliver all bikes to our customers.

This service is for free if you fall within 100km from Treviso, otherwise our staff will calculate the delivery fee for you (dependant on the number of bikes)

Yes, please discuss this with our staff as all mounts are different and we can advise on the best solution based on your rental bike.

Our rental bikes are assigned for most of the year with other bookings, hence it is not possible for you to purchase at that point.

We do however sell our bikes after a certain period of time as second hand bikes.

You can request to be placed on an ‘Interest List’

All of our bikes have the following:

• Saddle Bag Repair Kit: this includes 2 x spare tubes and levers.
• CO2 Cannister and Adaptor
  • Please indicate if you would prefer a small hand pump

There is no extra charge for using the tubes and CO2 cannisters.

No, we will supply you with 2 x 550ml ELITE water bottles which you can keep as a gift.

All bikes are fitted with 2 x Water Bottle Cages.

All bikes are fitted with Electronic Gearing.

If you rent for more than 3 days, you will be supplied with a charging cable which must be returned to us.

You bike will be set up with either of the following gearing:

• 2×12 speed SHIMANO 105,
• 2×12 speed SHIMANO ULTEGRA
• 2×12 speed SHIMANO DuraAce
• 2×12 Speed CAMPAGNOLO EPS

All bikes are fitted with DISC BRAKES

The majority of our bikes run Shimano with some running Campagnolo

Please do not attempt to fix the bike yourself.

Our staff will most likely FaceTime or WhatsApp video call with you to establish the issue.

They will then decide whether it can be fixed quickly or find a bike mechanic close by to attend to it.

Yes your bike may have some scratches on it from previous renters, this happens.

But you will not be liable if you fill in your Bike Inspection Form correctly noting all damage.

The Bike Inspection includes a form and video if required to record any damages when the bike is delivered to you.

This same inspection is carried out when we pick it up.

Any new damage you will be liable for.

If you damage you bike, we ask that you contact Euro Bike Rent immediately on +39 320 872 1510

Depending on the damage, the incident needs to be reported to our insurance company.

First we will need to determine whether the bike is still safe to ride.

• If unsafe, we will organise to pick it up
• If safe, we will record all damages and quote for repairs

Please recall: You are liable for all damages to the bike.

Yes, in most cases, insurance is covered in the price of the bike.

If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
